Rental Rates

$110 for two guests per night at large cottage. $15 for each additional person.

Plus 13% State and Room Tax.

$80 for two guests per night at small cottage plus $15 for third person.

Plus 13% State and Room Tax.

A deposit for one night stay is required. A confirmation will be sent after receiving deposit.

 

Cancellation policy: A refund of down payment will be granted if we can rent the cottage to another party. A $20 service fee applies to all cancellations.

Early departure: You are responsible for all nights reserved.

 

Check in 3:00 pm, check out 11:00 am.

Directions

From ferry dock, drive 1.5 miles on Lobdell Point Road. Shortly after passing gas station on left, turn left onto Old West Harbor Road. After .9 miles you will see West Harbor on the left and sign for Summer Place on the right.
